These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BuyBid.io platform ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The platform is intended for licensed dealers (RV, Marine, Powersports, Heavy Equipment) and authorized wholesale buyers. All accounts require admin approval before access is granted. You represent that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login with unauthorized parties. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Listings and Bidding

Dealerships are responsible for the accuracy of listing information including vehicle condition, pricing, and photos.
Bids placed on the platform are binding offers to purchase at the bid price.
Auto-bid limits are set at the bidder's discretion and the system will bid incrementally up to the maximum.
Buy It Now purchases are final once confirmed.

4. Fees and Payment

Platform subscription fees are based on your selected plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise). Fees are billed monthly. Transaction fees between buyers and sellers are handled outside the platform unless otherwise specified.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Submitting false or misleading listing information
Bid manipulation, shill bidding, or collusion
Attempting to circumvent the platform to complete transactions off-platform
Unauthorized access, scraping, or interference with platform operations

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, and software are owned by BuyBid.io. You retain ownership of content you upload (vehicle photos, descriptions) but grant us a license to display it on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

BuyBid.io facilitates connections between dealers and Wholesale Dealers. We are not a party to transactions between users. We are not liable for the condition of vehicles or equipment, payment disputes between users, or losses arising from platform use beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Active subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
