The $150 listing fee is deducted from your sale proceeds — there's no upfront charge. When your vehicle sells, you receive a net check (your offer minus the $150 fee). Your listing goes live as a reserve auction, protecting your minimum price.
Every new wholesale buyer gets 60 days of free buyer fees from registration. During this period, you pay $0 in buyer fees on any winning purchase. After 60 days, a flat $200 buyer fee applies per win. No monthly subscription ever.
You'll receive a link to complete a self-inspection form. Answer 6 condition questions, upload photos of your vehicle, and receive an instant offer based on market value. Your vehicle is listed as a reserve auction — it won't sell below your minimum. Wholesale buyers can ask questions and request additional photos through the listing.
For customer-inspected vehicles (self-inspection listings), the unit isn't on-site until the customer brings it in. Once the vehicle arrives at the dealer location, the winning buyer has 72 hours to inspect it and verify it matches the condition report. Your bid is a commitment, contingent on the vehicle matching the description.
Both parties are notified immediately. The buyer fee ($200 after your 60-day trial, or $0 during trial) is applied. You'll receive pickup coordination details. For customer-held units, BuyBid.io coordinates the vehicle delivery to the dealer location.
